Terms & Conditions

​Terms of Enrolment for all lessons  

• All fees must be paid at least one week prior to the commencement of your course.
• Your enrolment is confirmed only once we have received the full fee payment.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer or cash.
• Cancellations/changes must be communicated via SMS, email or a phone call.

 
Private Lessons

• Cancellations or changing of lesson times must be advised no later than 10 hours prior.
• Failure to notify of a cancellation or a change will result in the lesson/tuition fee being forfeited.
• Cancellations or changes due to unforeseen events may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
• ​The lesson will be rescheduled another day but cannot be refunded. 

 
Group Lessons (2 to 4 students) 

• The student commits for 7 weeks and has to pay for 7 weeks.
• This is a set fee for term regardless of any new students who may join the class. 
• No refunds will be issued for missed classes due to the small size of the class.

 
Group Lessons (5 or more students) and Conversation class

• The student commits for 7 weeks and has to pay for 7 weeks.
• However, there is the possibility to enrol for fewer weeks provided you communicate your availability 2 weeks before the course starts. No change can be made after that.

Text Books

• Student may need to purchase a text book.

 
Missed classes

• No refund.
• Homework and details of the missed lesson will be sent by e-mail.
• You can join the same class on a date you are not enrolled in, but it has to be within the 7-week course.
  

 
Trial class

• You can join an established class for $45.

 
Gift Vouchers 

• Gift Vouchers are available and valid for 6 months.

We reserve the right to cancel or change times, dates, fees and location if required.  
Payment for any of our services will be deemed as acceptance of all our terms and conditions.
